Benjamin Vendramin is a creative leader focused on rethinking that model—working from a simple belief: in a world where audiences experience everything as one continuous stream, the separation between media and creative is obsolete.
Across a career spanning McCann, Taxi, TBWA\Chiat\Day, JWT, WP Narrative, and EssenceMediacom, he has operated at the intersection of creativity, AI, and emerging platforms—building ideas designed to move fluidly across channels.
In 2018, he joined MediaCom to put that belief into practice. By dismantling traditional silos and integrating media, content, sports and entertainment partnerships, and social/influencer into a unified creative system, he helped redefine the agency’s role and output. The result was a step-change in both the work and the business—earning multiple Cannes Lions and global recognition, including WARC’s “Most Creative Media Agency in the World” for two consecutive years, and Adweek’s Global Media Agency of the Year.
Earlier, at McCann, his work for MGM Resorts earned five Cannes Lions and a Titanium shortlist, pushing the boundaries of branded entertainment. During that time, he also wrote and directed The Greatest Action Movie Ever, an immersive, platform-driven film acquired by Disney, released nationally, and awarded at SXSW—an early signal of where storytelling was heading.
He has served as a juror for leading global award shows including the Clios, Webbys, Effies, and London International Awards—helping shape the evolving definition of creative excellence.
In 2025, he founded Human General Intelligence to take this thinking further: a model built to deliver integrated, high-impact ideas with the speed and clarity modern brands require—without the friction of traditional agency structures.
